Corporate Lawyer
We seek to employ a corporate lawyer with the following responsibilities:
- Preparation of legal documents (Minutes, Board and General Meeting Resolutions etc)
- Company and Group formation and structuring
- Drafting necessary documents in relation to share transfers, allotments, capital changes, liquidation etc
- Liquidations
- Drafting of contracts for M&A’s, shares purchase and sale, franchise etc
The candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a law firm, be holder of LLB or equivalent degree and to be fluent in English. Knowledge of Russian and/or Arabic is highly valued.
Litigation Lawyer
We seek to employ an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our team in Limassol with the following responsibilities:
- Managing commercial litigation matters from initial instructions through to resolution.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, written submissions and other court documents.
- Conducting legal research and advising clients on litigation strategy.
- Handling negotiations and settlement discussions.
- Managing case files, procedural deadlines and client communications.
The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
