Our litigation and dispute resolution practice represents businesses, financial institutions and private clients in complex disputes before the Cyprus courts and in domestic and international arbitration.

Our clients include local and international banking and financial institutions, insurance undertakings, listed companies, shipping businesses, technology and forex companies, multinational groups and high-net-worth individuals. While our team handles disputes across a broad range of sectors, a substantial part of our practice is focused on corporate and commercial litigation, urgent interim relief and complex cross-border disputes.

The department is led by Andreas Georghadjis and acts in proceedings before the Cyprus courts at both first instance and appellate level. We also advise clients in arbitration, mediation and negotiated settlements, and work alongside foreign counsel where disputes extend across multiple jurisdictions.
