Andreas Georghadjis LLC provides a full range of legal services to shipping companies, ship owners, financial institutions charterers, crew and P&I clubs.

Our practice covers the commercial operation, financing and ownership of vessels as well as disputes arising from charterparties, cargo, collisions, shipbuilding, repairs and other maritime relationships. We act in proceedings before the Cyprus courts and in maritime disputes with an international dimension, including arbitration.

The department is led by Andreas Georghadjis, founder and Managing Partner of the firm, who has extensive experience in maritime litigation and arbitration. He is the author of Arrest of Ships in Cyprus, published by Lloyd's of London Press, and has acted in maritime proceedings before the Cyprus courts and in international maritime arbitrations.
